Order Processing

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer, but we'll always keep you informed.

Delivery

We currently deliver throughout South Africa using trusted courier partners.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your door.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be advertised on our website.

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

You may return a product if it is:

• Damaged during delivery.

• Defective or faulty.

• Incorrectly supplied.

• Unused and in its original, unopened packaging (subject to the Consumer Protection Act).

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.
