Shipping and Returns Policy
1. Purchases
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase and estimated delivery time.
Payment: We accept various payment methods, including, credit cards and electronic funds transfer. Payment must be completed before the order is shipped.
Pricing: All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
2. Returns
Eligibility: You may return products within 7 days of receipt if they are:

Instructions: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product.

Shipping: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3. Exchanges
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
